Caesarstone ICON: A Vibrant Revolution in Surface Design

Caesarstone’s evolution from a leading quartz surface company to a multi-surface enterprise is made possible by the in-house development of new technologies and designs. This evolution’s most striking representation is Caesarstone ICON – advanced fusion surfaces based on a patent-pending blend of ~80% recycled materials. 

Due to the glass content levels in Caesarstone ICON’s material base, our designers seized the opportunity to devise an aesthetic that harnesses transparency, depth and textural dimensions. This concept corresponds perfectly with today’s design trends, which have shifted towards luxury that champions simplicity, authenticity and a connection to nature.

Excited by this new concept and its infinite possibilities, the design team began researching a range of natural materials, in an effort to examine their unique attributes and transparencies. Among the materials researched were onyx minerals, Calacatta marble and even sea rocks covered in moss and algae.

A celebration of color and depth

In the workshop, our designers began fusing their newfound knowledge with the possibilities afforded by the Caesarstone ICON material base. It quickly became clear that the new advanced fusion surfaces are an ideal canvas for unlimited creativity – especially in terms of new colors and patterns.  

Surface design is dominated by black, white, grey and beige, and while the wonders achieved with these colors are often mesmerizing, our designers embraced the opportunity to incorporate shades that deviate from the norm – including green inspired by ocean environments and orange that takes its cue from natural clay. These choices seem bold, yet they are ideal for Caesarstone ICON surfaces, as they emanate a sense of natural authenticity due to unprecedented translucency and multi-layered depth. 

Ocean Sage, for example, is a surface that celebrates green shades evident in nature, expressing their beauty and complexity in mineral form. A sage base is dappled with creamy matcha-colored spots, marked with white patterns that resemble ocean foam, and etched with dark algae green veins. This misty surface is an ode to ocean nature, with its immense depth and layered organic balance, complementing modern kitchens with wooden elements and burnished sinks and kitchenware.

Another compelling surface is Wild Taj, which reinterprets the beloved beige marble aesthetic as a golden-orange mineral celebration. With a brown base that emits an aura of antiquity, Wild Taj’s color patterns and multi-dimensional layers resemble oxidized patina and clay, and its authentic warmth fit in perfectly with modern kitchens and bathrooms, parquet flooring and wooden cabinetry. Above everything else, Wild Taj offers an experience of natural depth, telling a richly textured story that evokes the fascinating effect of time on natural stone.

Caesarstone ICON’s 2025 collection also features three surfaces that interpret the timeless, luxurious beauty of natural Calacatta marble. Of the three, perhaps the one that stands out the most is Calacatta Thyme, which exhibits biological glamour through sage and gray veining sprawled across a bright white foundation in unforgettable fashion. This bold surface makes a true statement as a kitchen countertop, splash back or island.

From exploration to surface perfection

Caesarstone ICON represents journey. The journey of minerals through time, as they are impacted by air, moisture, heat and countless other natural elements. The journey of our design team, who ventured out to unfamiliar environments. And finally, the journey of Caesarstone itself – an evolving company that embraces new materials to break new ground in terms of aesthetics and sustainability. 

Featuring seven breathtaking surfaces, the 2025 Collection is a celebration of craftsmanship, natural materials and authentic transparency. Yet above all else, it is a celebration of the human spirit, using careful examination and creative interpretation to portray natural processes and the ever-changing wonders of nature.
